2. Scope

These terms apply to use of the website and to taxi, transfer and Drink & Drive services requested or booked by phone, WhatsApp, email or the online form.

Different terms apply only if agreed in writing or stated in the booking confirmation.

3. Offer and contract

Website information is non-binding. An online request does not by itself create a binding contract.

A contract is formed when we confirm your request (by phone, WhatsApp, email or in writing) and you accept that confirmation.

For urgent rides without advance booking, acceptance of the ride by the dispatcher or driver applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices depend on tariff, distance, waiting time and any surcharges (e.g. night, luggage, special requests). Fixed prices may be agreed for transfers.

Payment in cash, common debit/credit cards, or as otherwise agreed. Corporate invoicing by arrangement.

5. Booking, cancellation and no-show

Please book ahead where possible. Notify us promptly of changes or cancellations.

If you do not appear at the agreed pickup place/time without timely cancellation (no-show), we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee or the agreed minimum fare.

6. Passenger obligations

Please arrive on time and provide flight numbers, addresses and special needs (e.g. child seats, luggage).

Behave considerately during the ride. Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed. Heavy soiling or damage may be charged.

7. Liability

We perform our services with due care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for slight negligence.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic, weather, official orders or circumstances beyond our control. Allow enough buffer for flights.

Luggage and personal items remain your responsibility; report loss or damage immediately.

8. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data (e.g. name, phone, ride addresses) to fulfil bookings and support. See our Cookie Policy for cookies and related notices.

9. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne (Switzerland), where permitted.
